No more automatic listing photos??? I can only imagine how many listings will not have any photos. What are all the lazy agents going to do now? Change is good.
Is there going to be a fine imposed for agents that don’t have at least one primary photo?

The ARMLS committee has discussed and proposed that a minimum of one photo must be included with each residential listing within three days after the listing is activated. The proposal needs to go through an approval process at several levels before becoming a requirement, but wanted you to know a photo requirement is being discussed.
