How many subscribers does ARMLS have?

A common question soon after the ARMLS yearly bills are due.  Here’s a quick summary showing how many bills were sent compared to how many bills have been paid.  It also compares this year to last.

    I’ve had two people ask about whether subscribers includes affiliates or not. I’m not exactly sure what they have meant by affiliates, but this subscriber number includes real estate agents and appraisers.

    It’s estimated there are less than a thousand appraisers.
