I would give “Creating and Managing your Online Persona”, with Bernice Ross and Panel, 4 ½ out of 5 stars. You’ll find the recording in the Business Technology Section of the John Hall Intranet Library.
It’s an excellent session to listen to as the panelists discuss different Internet strategies and answer questions from the audience ranging from basic to advanced. They also mention some new (to me) ways to use Twitter as a prospecting tool. I think this session is definitely worth listening to, at least once. The topics covered involve Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter. They answer questions about privacy and separating business from family matters. They also review some web tools for monitoring your reputation. A recommended Web 2.0 activity.
