Last month I had an opportunity to guest teach a GRI class with Marge Lindsay. In the class, we discussed having recent home buyers or home sellers write letters of recommendation for your real estate services. Then you can include them in future listing presentations or buyer consultations.
I think this is an excellent concept, but I’d like to change the medium. Instead of actual letters of recommendation, let’s ask for online reviews of your services. Send them to yelp to write reviews! (To add your business to yelp – visit the yelp business page.) Once the reviews are online, they are there for all to see. If you’d like to include them in your listing presentations, simply print them out.
