We are extremely proud to serve the Valley of the Sun’s residents and greater Phoenix REALTORS®.
It was 1974 when John Hall & Associates was founded by John Hall in Phoenix, Arizona. Since the launch of his company, it has been owned by two local Phoenix families. The Hall Family established the company and operated it for 20 years before ownership changed hands to the Sexton Family in 1994.
The main reason some of the Valley’s most successful agents call us home is because of our brokers Jim Sexton and Marge Lindsay. Agents and their clients know that the most knowledgeable broker duo in the State have their backs.
We are a REALTOR® only organization. ALL associates subscribe to NAR’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

Muscular Dystrophy Association
The Arizona Chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association
Going back over 25 years, John Hall originally adopted MDA as the charity of choice for John Hall & Associates. Since Jim Sexton took over in 1994 he has continued to support the efforts of this wonderful charity in helping those affected by this disease.
We have been able to sponsor various MDA events, participate in the Jerry Lewis Labor Day Telethon, and successfully run the John Hall & Associates Golf Classic for MDA. We are proud to have contributed over $800,000 to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
If you would like to participate in our annual golf tournament, please find more information here. Or if you would like to make a donation to MDA in order to help find the cure to Muscular Dystrophy please visit their website.

House of Refuge East
The House of Refuge East
Just before the turn of the century we adopted HRE as our holiday charity. HRE is a faith-based, non-profit organization, which provides transitional housing and supportive services in Arizona to homeless individuals, families and victims of domestic violence.
Their purpose is to help families that are on track to becoming self-sufficient. Each year we provide meals for the families, gifts for the children, and gift cards to Fry’s Grocery Stores (excluding alcohol, lottery, and tobacco of course) to be used throughout the year. We have raised just over $69,000 for HRE.
If you’d like to support their cause before our next drive, visit their website.

Arizona Republic and AZCentral.com Reader's Choice Winner
If you were to ask any one of the Successful REALTORS® at John Hall & Associates which real estate agency is the best in town they’d quickly come back with a predictable answer. But when you ask all the reader’s of the Arizona Republic which is the best real estate agency in the west valley and then ask them again which is the best real estate agency in the east valley, the answer isn’t as predictable. HOWEVER!!!!
John Hall & Associates won two 2009 Reader’s Choice Awards:
