Jim Sexton CRB, GRI sets the bar for both ethics and integrity in our industry. For over 25 years, he has volunteered countless hours to better this industry for home buyers, home sellers, and REALTORS®. He has chaired too many committees to mention. His efforts have been spread across the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR), Phoenix Association of REALTORS® (PAR), Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE), and Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS).
Jim is a 3-time ‘REALTOR® of the Year’ recipient and the only 2-time Dean B. Service Memorial Award recipient. He has also received the Robert Corkhill Award for Professional Standards and AAR’s Vision Award. Past-President of PAR (check) Past-President of ARMLS (check). He was a GRI and certified ethics instructor. He also has been selected several times to train the trainers on Agency issues and applications as well as how to use and explain real estate contracts and other forms. The list goes on.
