100% Commission – Simple and to the point:
- A monthly fee of $225.00 (discounts available for married teams)
- $150.00 for the first closed transaction of the month. (No closings, no fee.)
- The only other charge is for Errors and Omissions insurance, which is billed two ways with our company. You pay $75.00 per quarter and $35.00 from each closing.
