Online Transaction Management

We have welcomed the AAR Transaction Management platform into our brokerage – circa the “John Hall Way”. You shouldn’t have to become an expert on creating digital transaction files, that’s our job. When you’re ready to turn in your contract or listing to the office, simply email it to your branch. From your single email our staff will start the file, load the documents, and split the pages into their proper placeholders.

Picture this. You create a contract in ZipForms and send it to all parties using an electronic signature tool such as Docusign. Upon signature completion, Docusign automatically emails the transaction to your office. Later that day, you log into AAR’s Transaction Management and your file is completely set up with all docs uniformly labeled and organized in the correct placeholders. Several of our REALTORS® are doing this today.

Voicemail System

The system provided for our agents is ideal for the real estate professional of today. Not only can you have all your messages forwarded to your cell phone, but the software also has text messaging capabilities. When you setup your preferences you can designate the hours you want to receive messages. The system is perfect for REALTORS® that enjoy a balance between work and life.

Our exclusive company Intranet has a plethora of real estate business tools. The site’s content is constantly being updated with new materials and ideas supplied mainly from our agents.
