Building confidence in new REALTORS® is the most important goal of our training program.  To achieve this, Prostart takes a three-step approach.

Sales Training

The main component of our training program is the development of REALTOR® sales skills.  After completing ProStart, new agents will be comfortable prospecting for and working with home buyers and home sellers.

Technology Training

Technology in real estate is always changing. To help new REALTORS® get up to speed fast our tech training explores essential tools while explaining emerging trends and prospecting tools.

Paperwork Training

The amount of real estate forms and addenda can be overwhelming for new REALTORS®. The paperwork training section and reference materials are designed to help you become comfortable using and explaining them to your clients.
