How Do You Become a REALTOR®?

Arizona Real Estate LicenseArizona law requires that you obtain a valid real estate license in order to sell real estate. Typically that will require ninety (90) hours of education and passing the state and national tests in order for you to become a real estate agent. Additionally, you will be required to attend a six (6) hour “Boot Camp” class before affiliating with a real estate brokerage firm.

We are providing you with a link to the Arizona Department of Real Estate to learn what other requirements they have before licensing. John Hall & Associates has discount scholarship certificates for several local real estate schools; please call our Career Development Department at 602-953-4043 to learn more.

Once your real estate license is obtained you are ready for sales training, paperwork training and technology training!
