Comment Policy

Yes, the purpose of this blog is to encourage and facilitate ongoing dialogue with regards to the real estate market in general and the Phoenix, Arizona real estate market in particular.  To that end we advance this policy on posted comments:

This is a partially moderated blog, which means all initial commenters will have their comments held until approved.  Once on the approved commenters list, there will be no lag time from submission of comments to published comments.

In addition, we expect that all writers will play nice with one another and will treat each other, this forum and their industry with respect.  We will not post comments that contain vulgar or abusive language, personal attacks of any kind, or offensive terms that target specific groups.  We will not post comments that we decide are spam, clearly “off topic” or that promote goods, product or services of any kind (other than ours .  Comments that begin with article relevance and lead into advertisements will be edited.

We want to keep our blog family friendly and we strive to encourage rather than stifle comments.
