Jim Sexton CRB, GRI sets the bar for both ethics and integrity in our industry. For over 25 years, he has volunteered countless hours to better this industry for all REALTORS®. He has chaired too many committees to mention. His efforts have been spread across NAR, AAR, PAR, ADRE, and ARMLS. Jim is a 3-time REALTOR® of the Year recipient. He is the Past-President for both PAR and ARMLS. Jim has received the Dean B. Service Memorial Award, Robert Corkhill Award for Professional Standards, and then AAR’s Vision Award. Jim was a GRI and certified ethics instructor. He also has been selected several times to teach trainers on agency issues and applications as well as how to use and explain new contracts and other forms. The list goes on.

 

Marge Lindsay CRB, CRS, GRI is one of the most dynamic people in Arizona real estate. She, like Jim, has chaired too many committees to mention. She is often times asked by local attorneys to serve as an expert witness in real estate disputes. Marge has been recognized by NAR as a Designated Public Speaker. She is the Past-President of the AZ CRS Chapter and the Grand Canyon CRB Chapter. She has been given the REALTOR® of the year Award by both AAR and PAR. She was President of AAR in 2002 and President of PAR in 1988. Marge is most proud of receiving the Tyler B. Strout Vision Award in 2006, and like Jim has received the Dean B. Service Memorial Continuing Achievement Award, and Robert Corkhill Professional Standards Award. The list goes on.
