When you become an agent, you are really starting a small business. ProStart gives you not only the technical, transactional and sales knowledge you need but also equips you with a viable business plan and competent, on-going mentor support.

Your Personal Mentor
Writing your first contract can be a scary experience for a new agent. We understand that and as a part of our ProStart Program we are with you every step of the way. You will be assigned a personal Mentor for any questions or support that you may need. We pay them, you don’t! Additionally, you will have access to a Sales Manager, Career Development Manager, Associate Broker and a Designated Broker – an extraordinary chain of support to help you through any questions or challenges.

The Skill Series
This ongoing series of classes provides both new and experienced agents advanced techniques for scripting, listing presentations, buyer counseling, marketing, and negotiations. You can look forward to greater productivity and ways to truly differentiate yourself in this market.

Continuing Education
Each year you will be able to attend special continuing education opportunities. You will never have to pay for outside education again if you don’t want to.

Sales Rallies
This business changes rapidly and when you want to sharpen your sales skills attend one of our sales rallies. We bring in great national speakers for these events. Not only will you benefit from the skill of these speakers but this is an excellent networking event with other agents.
