We are inviting all our readers who have flexmls questions to our Scottsdale office on 9/30/08.  You read it right – we are opening this class up to all real estate agents who stop by and read these articles regardless of your brokerage.  (Don’t worry,  there will be no John Hall “sales pitch”, email collection, etc.)

This class will be loosely structured with the intent of answering as many questions from you as possible.  I get asked multiple questions a week from agents that are still learning how to use the basic features of the system along with how to use the Map Search, Auto-Emails, and Client Portals.  The Closing Cost Estimator (Net Sheets) now auto-calculates fields.  Have you tried it yet?  Come on down and BRING YOUR QUESTIONS.  (All I ask is that you let me know you’re coming.  (602) 953-4043 x2223)
